Helle Rimm
About Helle Rimm:
Finding joy in life comes from connecting with wild nature—forests, seas, wild lakes—it’s amazing how being part of it makes me happy. Regarding yoga, my favorite pose is the dancer’s pose. When it comes to must-reads, Andrus Kivirähk’s “The Man Who Spoke Snakish” is a cultural gem for Estonians, while Eckhart Tolle’s “The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment” is a profound spiritual guide.
Les:
Teaching is fulfilling when it aligns with your passions and strengths. Encouragement from others fuels my love for yoga. The best part of teaching is the connection with participants—sharing moments of joy and mutual learning. Currently, I teach Body Balance but am open to learning new styles.
Inspiration for becoming a yoga instructor stemmed from my lifelong passion for movement, starting with ballet at age six. Discovering Body Balance felt like dancing—music and movement combined to feel good. Discovering yoga at Merlijn further inspired me. Personal favorites for yoga practice include Vinyasa and Body Balance classes. Balancing poses require total presence. Concentrating your mind and focusing on balance brings happiness when life is balanced.
